A Building Broker is an independent professional who specialises in new home construction and works on your behalf to help you navigate the building process.
Unlike a traditional builder who only represents their own company, a Building Broker offers unbiased advice, compares different options, and helps you maximise your budget. They will recommend the builder that best fits your project, ensuring that you make informed decisions at every stage.
Once you have selected Forma Homes, your Building Broker will continue to support you while our team manages the documentation and construction of your new home.
