As our Customer Experience Manager, Mel oversees the Selections and Client Liaison teams, supporting her teams to deliver a consistently high standard of service while ensuring clients feel informed, supported and confident throughout their building journey. One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is mentoring and training new team members, watching them develop into confident, capable and passionate professionals.

Mel understands what clients need at each stage of their journey and is committed to making the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, from signing the contract through to the moment clients receive the keys to their new home. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Design and over three years of experience in the building industry, Lauren brings a creative and considered approach to her role as Selections Specialist.

Guiding clients through the selections and approvals phase, Lauren’s expertise comes to life during the pre-start meeting. She takes the time to clearly walk clients through their plans, materials and finishes, helping bring their vision to life while creating a home that feels uniquely theirs.

As a Client Experience and Design Studio Coordinator at Forma Homes, Esti plays an integral role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of both the office and showroom run smoothly. With a background in Design and Administration, she brings a unique blend of creativity, organisation and client-focused coordination to her role.

Esti enjoys combining the practical and creative aspects of her role at Forma Homes, from coordinating the day-to-day needs of the showroom to supporting clients as they prepare for their selections meeting. She helps create a welcoming and inspiring environment where clients can explore their options, feel confident in their decisions, creating a home that reflects their individual style and vision.

Behind the scenes, Esti also manages the client relationship once contracts have been signed, guiding clients through the key steps and requirements leading up to their selections meeting. From coordinating appointments and providing a consistent point of contact for questions, to ensuring clients feel fully prepared and comfortable before making their selections, Esti helps keep the process organised and seamless.

What she finds most rewarding is seeing the excitement on clients’ faces as their vision begins to come together and their home takes shape.

As a Selections Specialist, Sophie guides clients through the selections and approvals phase, with her passion for creating strong client relationships shining through during every pre-start meeting. Having completed numerous pre-start consultations, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Forma Design Studio.

Sophie takes the time to walk clients through their plans, materials and finishes, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the process.
